A bonus is never direct cash — it is a conditional promotional benefit. If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the withdrawal will be processed with the bonus amount deducted.

Attempting to exploit bonuses fraudulently — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be closed.

5.3 VIP and Cashback
